杨慧，女，汉族，1981年4月生，河北省保定市人，中央民族大学民族学与社会学学院社会学系教授、博士生导师。入选中宣部“宣传思想文化青年英才”、国家民委中青年英才。国家标准化管理委员会全国社会工作标准化技术委员会委员，中国社会工作学会理事，中国社会工作学会学校与家庭社会工作委员会副秘书长，中国社会学会社会政策研究专业委员会理事，中国老年学与老年医学学会社区居家养老分会常务理事，中国社会工作学会儿童社会工作专业委员会理事。
